An operator can choose which orchestrator is live from the dashboard, and each incoming call is handled by the one that sent it. It is how a second stack can be compared on real calls before it replaces anything.
Live transfer is built for Vapi only, and call recording is inactive on Retell and ElevenLabs. Anything that needs either should stay on Vapi.
The behaviour you hear is governed by the same script, whichever stack runs it.

Not something the shop sets up. It is a deployment decision we make with you.
A voice or vendor requirement that Vapi doesn’t cover.
Its tools and script are applied the same way as the default.
Before it takes real calls.
Vapi, unless there is a reason for another.
The words and rules are the same. The voice and the latency depend on the platform.
