Comparison · Enterprise AI call centre for ServiceTitan shops
Right On Call vs Avoca.
Avoca is a well-funded AI front office for larger home-service companies, typically on ServiceTitan with a team of CSRs. It is sold by demo and quote. Right On Call is built for the other end of the market: owner-operators and 1 to 10 tech shops in Ontario that need every call answered and cannot staff a call centre.
Their details checked September 26, 2026. Sources are listed below.
Where Avoca wins
- Deep, certified ServiceTitan integration.
- Built for call-centre scale with CSR teams.
- Broader feature set for larger operations.
Where Right On Call wins
- A published price a small shop can budget.
- Built for Jobber and calendar shops, not only ServiceTitan.
- Live in days, not a sales cycle.
- Canadian postal codes, Ontario carriers, French, and CAD billing.
The 9 PM call that rings out
The same call, followed through both products. Nobody at the shop could get to it.

Are you the shop Avoca is built for?
Avoca sits near us on the market map: done for you, and the call ends as a booked job. The difference is who it is built for. Reviews describe a typical customer on ServiceTitan, several million dollars in revenue, and a team of CSRs already answering phones.
Most Ontario shops we talk to look different. The owner is the dispatcher, the office closes at 5, and the calls that get missed are the ones that come in while everyone is on a job. That shop does not need an AI call centre. It needs the rings that go unanswered picked up and booked, at a price it can see before a demo.
- 1You run ServiceTitan, not Jobber or a calendar
- 2Five or more people already answer your phones
- 3Your volume supports a four-figure monthly contract
What Avoca costs
Not published. Sold through a demo and quoted per company. Third-party reviews estimate roughly US$1,000 to US$3,500 a month, billed largely by usage. ServiceTitan also sells its own AI voice agents per call.
Right On Call is on the pricing page, in Canadian dollars, with what each tier does not include.
Where both sit in the market
You build it → built for you
Choose Avoca if
- You run ServiceTitan with five or more CSRs.
- Your call volume justifies an enterprise contract.
Choose Right On Call if
- You are the owner, the dispatcher, and sometimes the tech.
- You run Jobber or a calendar and want a published price.
Built for the calls you miss, not to replace the people who answer
Right On Call can answer every call if you want it to. That is not what it is built for. It is built so that a call you would have missed, on a roof, in a crawlspace, at lunch, after 5, on a Saturday, gets picked up and ends as a booked job instead of a voicemail nobody returns.
Why Right On Call →Right On Call vs Avoca: questions
Is Right On Call an Avoca alternative for small shops?
Yes, if you are on Jobber or a calendar rather than ServiceTitan. Right On Call starts at $150 CAD a month with $500 setup and no term. It will not match a ServiceTitan-native call centre product for a large CSR team, and we would not pitch it that way.
